The company was appointed the Municipality of Thessaloniki, 88 Markou Botsari Street.
The purpose of the company is the undertaking and execution in the country and abroad of public and private projects of all kinds, the elaboration of techno-economic studies for all kinds of technical projects, the supply and processing of asphalt for the production and marketing of asphalt products, the exploitation of quarries and quarries products and execution in general
any other similar or related undertaking.
The construction of public works in their entire range, is the main activity of the company. It specializes in the construction of underground utility networks (water supply, irrigation, sewerage).
The company has built the first sewerage projects in Greece, with the sewage suction system (vacuum system) which achieves a significant reduction of
construction cost of the project (maximum excavation depth 1.20 m.) and is suitable for areas with a high aquifer. The staff of the company makes it particularly specialized in the projects of vacuum pumping stations (biological vacuum), biological treatment, pumping stations for water supply, irrigation, sewerage, etc. with a supply capacity of up to 12.000m2 / hour and manometric up to 400m., With

"VAFIADIS SA" is registered in the Register of Contractors (MEEP) with registration number 16652, as a 5th class contractor for Hydraulic projects.
It is also registered in the special boards of the Ministry of National Defense for undertaking NATO infrastructure projects. The company is certified with an ELOT quality management system

The seasonally employed technical staff amounts to 25 people and is part of the construction department.
The company has its own mechanical equipment for the timely and artful construction of mainly road construction and plumbing projects that it undertakes such as excavators, loaders, rollers, trucks, etc.
It also has special support systems (KRINGS piles), well-points system, which lowers the aquifer as well as a large number of tools (compressors - hammers-
